The terms and conditions are valid for all tickets during THE EVENT. By ordering tickets through our sales partners you accept their general terms and conditions, too.


PRIVACY STATEMENT

SALSA ADRIA PRODUKCIJE d.o.o. obliges that your personal data will be treated in full accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection. Any information that we obtain will be used solely for the purposes for which it is intended. All personal information relating to customers and users is obtained and protected in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. Your personal data will not be sold, rented nor transmitted to any entity. You provide your personal information voluntarily for the purposes of processing orders and marketing. You have the right to refuse the use of your personal data for marketing purposes. All user information is strictly confidential and used only when such information is necessary to fulfill our obligations to customers and users. All employees of SALSA ADRIA PRODUKCIJE d.o.o. and their partners are responsible for respecting the privacy statements noted above.


REGISTRATIONS

Our site's registration system requires users to give us contact information such as their name and e-mail address, and demographic information such as ZIP code, sex and some more festival specific information. The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary and inform him/her about the festival activities. Festival specific information are used in order to give the best possible experience to the customer.


BOOKING

When you order your tickets via the Internet you will find a registration form, which has to be filled out completely. Before registering you must read and accept our terms and conditions. After using the ordering form and ordering successfully, you will receive a confirmation of registration via e-mail.


CHECKING IN, APPLICABILITY

All passes for THE FESTIVAL can be picked up only at the festival office. The organizer will not take responsibility or reimburse any lost tickets. Tickets may not be used unauthorized, may not be copied or changed in any case.


PHOTOGRAPHY

During the Salsa Festival the organizer is going to film and take photographs of all participants, visitors, artists, etc. Those pictures and videos will be sold in our Internet-shop and also used/published for promotion and advertising reasons (i.e. website, folders, press-releases, TV- and cinema, etc.). Each participant, visitor, artist, etc. agrees to the publication of his pictures and videos without any compensation.


SURVEYS AND QUESTIONNAIRES

Our online surveys and questionnaires may ask visitors for contact and demographic information. The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary and inform him/her about the festival activities.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT FREE PASSES

Any kind of free pass, whether it's won or exchanged, CAN NOT be reimbursed or sold to a second party. However, the name of the person who is using the free pass can be changed. Please contact us for further info.


SHUTTLE SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Although we have taken flight times into consideration our transfers are not linked to any specific flight(s). Salsa Adria Production d.o.o. takes no responsibility if you miss your coach or flight as a result of delays on either side.
  • Please note you will need to take in to consideration the time it takes to pass through customs, passport control and, if applicable, baggage reclaim.
  • Arrival times are given but these are only estimated and may change for a number of reasons, including, but not limited to; traffic jams, vehicle failure & border checks.
  • The person filling out the form is responsible for the accuracy of the data they’re giving. Salsa Adria Production company will not take any responsibility for inaccurate or fake data.
  • The person who is reserving the transfer for an entire group accepts these Terms & Condition on behalf of the whole group and is considered to be the sole holder of all rights and obligations.
  • All vehicles used for transportation are operational, safe for use and insured according to the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
  • Passenger insurance is included in the price of transportation.

Purchased shuttle service tickets will not be refunded!

PICK UP - important!
Airport pick up – private group transfer:
The shuttle will wait the group on airport's parking lot for busses. The group will be waited maximum 30 minutes after the scheduled shuttle departure (for example, if shuttle departure schedule is at 4pm, the driver will wait till 4:30pm at latest). In this time the group representative has to meet our driver or to contact him at given number. If none of this happen, we will act like group was not on a plane. If group or one of the group members has problems with luggage, the driver must be contacted immediately. If group or group representative does  not meet our driver or fulfill this terms, driver will leave alone. Prepaid transfers in this case are not refundable.

Airport pick up - shared shuttle service:
The shuttle will wait the group on airport's parking lot for busses.  The passengers will be waited maximum 30 minutes after the scheduled shuttle departure (for example, if shuttle departure schedule is at 4pm, the driver will wait till 4:30pm at latest). In this time all  passengers have to meet our driver or contact him at given number. If none of this happen, we will act like the passenger was not on a plane. If the passenger has problems with luggage, , the driver must be contacted immediately. If the passenger does  not meet our driver or fulfill this terms, driver will leave with other passengers who were on time. Prepaid transfers in this case are not refundable.

Designated pick-up area– private group transfer:
The shuttle will be on agreed address and at agreed time. Shuttle will wait for mximum 15 minutes. If the group  or group representative does not meet our driver in this time, driver will leave alone. If the group or group representative meet our driver in this time or call the driver at given, driver will continue waiting till the group arrives. If the group  or group representative does not meet our driver or fulfill this terms, driver will leave alone. Prepaid transfers in this case are not refundable.

Designated pick-up area - shared shuttle service:
The shuttle will be on agreed address and at agreed time. The shuttle will wait for maximum 10 minutes. Delay of shuttle is possible but will not be more then 10 minutes, depends on number of the passengers and delays of passengers already picked up. Every passenger is obligated to meet our driver on time or inform him about delay at given number. If there is no possibility to wait longer, driver will leave pick up point without passengers who are late. If another shuttle will have available seats, passenger will be picked up with, but there is no guarantee to be on time for departing of plane. If passenger does  not meet our driver or fulfill this terms, driver will leave with other passengers who were on time. Prepaid transfers in this case are not refundable.

We are preserving right to cancel any shuttle transfer scheduled, if there is insufficient number of passengers for. In that case, passenger will be offered to change it to private transfer. That is why client should be very careful to check if correct email is inserted and is not misspelled.


PROMOTING

Our little salsa festival has grown in the last couple of years to be one of the busiest salsa festivals in Europe. And the sensual prelude is getting there as well :) Because of that the number of promoters and promotional materials accumulating at the festivals has also increased, making it rather difficult for you to promote your event properly. Precisely this is the reason why we'd like to introduce some guidelines which will enable you to promote your event the best possible way and give us the opportunity to keep track. So if you're interested in promoting at our festival, please, fill in this form, let us know how you'd like to promote your event, and let us find the best possible solution for all of us! 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: To those of you who don't register their promo material, we can't guarantee that you will be able to promote your event due to the lack of space. Also, all promo materials placed on spots outside of promo hotspots at the festival will be removed and you will be able to pick them up at our festival office.
