Keeping the company’s spirits and objectives from the very start has always been his main priority and task, together with solving all kinds of problems in any area and this is just a drop in the ocean.

Captain’s “wing-woman” and office boss - bookings, sales, bills, bills, bills (but no Destiny’s Child). Her superpower is definitely an extreme ability to keep things neat and organized, which is of immense importance when you have a team of a couple of dozens of people and an event of a couple of thousands of attendees to handle. This super power enables her to be a personal reminder to the rest of the team, no matter what. Oh, you’ve forgotten to do something? She’s already solved the problem and is dealing with something else.

Charts, bills, numbers, prices and all that jazz… This gentleman deals with all these tedious things, which are definitely not everyone’s cup of tea. And not just that - give him any kind of a problem with group leaders and promoters bringing people and he’ll solve them all! Moreover, he will make sure that your adventure on our events starts smoothly by answering all sorts of questions that you ask on our company’s support email or chat.

Once per year this lady, next to her beautiful two children, gets an additional pack of a couple of dozens of artists/speakers to take care of. Next to being artists’ and MC’s full time nanny, this cheerful and perky lady is the creative force behind the events program - making sure you make the best out of your stay on our events. And not just the program - she is the head of the decorations team, making the cold dark walls of all event venues fresh and neat.

German discipline, Swiss punctuality and Croatian charm incorporated in the body of the goddess - people we are talking here about Martina. Opinion maker and critic, a final tester for our ideas and concepts, a copywriter with a style - big sister of the volunteering staff. Did we already mention she is smart, eloquent and good looking?

Give this man a barn and he’ll make a luxurious palace out of it! His time at the events starts much, much earlier since he is the one making sure all the venues are ready-made until the army of participants attack them. Ever wonderded how come that everything functions perfectly with the transportation between the festival locations? This guy is definitely guilty as charged.

A true IT-professional, the great mind behind our festival registration program - there isn’t a problem with computers that he cannot solve, making event participants’ (and our) lives so easy.

She is responsible for coordinating artists arrival to the event location - buses, drivers, their check-in, etc. Her ability to adjust to everything in flashes enables her to jump into any kind of task there is - from office work to animations.

If we had to pick one European city to open our subsidiary in, it would definitely be Paris. Sanda, our French connection, has become a member of the team by coordinating what has by now become one of the greatest groups coming to the festivals. Super organized and always ready to help, she is a valuable asset in our office on the spot, solving all kinds of problems smoothly.
